Are you confused by the new tax law and how it will affect you and your family? Could you use a budgeting refresher and learn some best practices? Need some investment tips and advice?

Us too.

Join us for a Financial Planning Seminar for our Nashville alums, friends and family. Melissa Dunn '05 will discuss the 2018 tax law and how its changes will apply to you, your family and your business. Meghan '99 and Kirk Ockerman will give a budgeting lesson featuring Dave Ramsey's best practices. You'll also learn about your various investment options and the pros/cons of each.

The event will take place on Tuesday, June 19 from 6 to 9 p.m. at MAFIAoZA'S in Franklin. A pizza buffet will be provided and a cash bar is available. Casual networking will be from 6 to 7 p.m., and our presentation will begin at 7 p.m. Feel free to come when you can.

Join us before the event at 5 p.m. for a planning meeting with the Nashville leadership team! We will be discussing our ideas for alumni events and want to get ideas and input from our alums. All are welcome!

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required so we can plan for food. If you have any questions, please contact Donna Nock '83 at

Location: MAFIAoZA'S, 230 Franklin Rd., Franklin, TN
