Join us for a cooking demonstration, dinner & wine pairing that is sure to make your mouth water! Kelly Reilly '12, a local chef, will demonstrate the preparation of various Italian dishes, while Peter Zelek '73, a sommelier, will lead an instruction on various types of wines and their pairing with each entree. Participants will help with some meal preparation and consumption of all dishes!

The event takes place on October 29 at 5:00 p.m. Donna Nock '83 has generously opened up her home and her address will be sent upon registration. Registration fee is $25/person which includes a four-course meal (menu below) and wine tasting. Space is limited, so register soon! Last day to register is Friday, October 20.

  • First Course: Cheese, olive & meat platters
  • Second Course: Lemon risotto with basil & parmesan
  • Third Course: Sauteed chicken with white wine, tomato, rosemary & prosciutto, served with broccoli rabe
  • Fourth Course: Marsala poached pears with vanilla & cinnamon
