Saturday June 16
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

It's officially summer in Philly, so let's "learn, lead and serve" while taking in some summer sun! Join us for a service event on Saturday, June 16 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Wyck Historic Rose Garden. The Wyck Garden is an incredible living repository of antique rose classes and rare varieties in the oldest rose garden in the country (in its original form). We'll be joining the Wyck "Love the Rode Garden" volunteer group to help prune and maintain the houses.

Our volunteer slot is from 9 a.m. to noon, but you do not have to be there to whole time. If you plan to arrive late or leave early, please email Kris McNicholas '86 at kmcnicholas64@hotmail.com.

Feel free to invite family or friends that would like to help preserve a pieve of Philadelphia history! Please bring a water bottle, sunhat, work gloves, or hand pruners if you have them.

There's no cost to attend, but registration is required.

We hope to see you there!

Location: Wyck Historic Rose Garden, 6026 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA
