Saturday November 02
12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Join us for a day of great wine, good food and the best company (your fellow Flyers)! We'll head to Duchman Winery for a Texas vs. Italy blind wine tasting. We'll taste four varietals of wine (Trebbiano, Vermentino, Montepulciano and Aglianico) from Duchman Winery and compare them side-by-side with the same varietals from Italy. One of the winery's highly educated staff membres will guide us through the nuances of tasting and the differences and similarities between the Old World and New World styles of each varietal. Each tasting will be accompanied by a perfectly paired cheese to further enhance the experience. After the tasting, we will receive a guided tour of the winery and lunch will be provided by the Alumni Association.

The cost to attend is $38 per person and includes eight wine and cheese tastings and the winery tour. Please be sure to register below to reserve your spot. The tasting is non-refundable and attendees must be 21 or older.

If you have any questions, please contact Kevin Goetz '02 at austin@alumni.udayton.edu.

I hope you join us!
