Cincinnati Christmas Off Campus 2019

Thursday, Dec. 5 at 5:30 p.m.
Purcell Marian High School Alumni Hall

Reignite the UD light! Join us to help bring the Christmas spirit to St. Francis de Sales School. St. Frances de Sales has served families and students since 1877 as a vibrant anchor of the Cincinnati educational community. This year's annual Christmas party at the school will include games, crafts, food, presents and a visit from Santa.

We need the help of many Flyers to make our evening a memorable celebration for all! Join us to set up stations, facilitate activities and clean up afterward. Our volunteer teams for the event include:

  • Food team: Bring smiles to everyone's face by organizing and/or serving food.
  • Decorations team: Let your creative side show while you collect, make and set up decorations.
  • Shopping team: Be one of Santa's helpers by shopping and wrapping gifts for the children.
  • Games team: Help create and supervise fun (reindeer) games.
  • Crafts team: Have fun while you organize Christmas crafts.
  • Cookie team: Bake cookies and collect decorating supplies.
  • Setup team: Arrive at 4:30 p.m. to help set up our Christmas wonderland at St. Francis de Sales.
  • Cleanup team: Clean up and break down the event after families and guests depart.
